Owner

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Mark brings a perspective that blends traditional design with contemporary style and comfort. His work is recognizable for its meticulous craftsmanship and innovative approach, reflected in every project he leads at Northrup.

Office Manager

Sharon oversees all office operations and has 40 years of experience in bookkeeping and management. Her organization and attention to detail keep Northrup’s administrative functions running smoothly, and her dedication plays a key role in the company’s success.

Project Manager

Seth joined Northrup as a finish carpenter before becoming a Project Manager. The son of a cabinet maker, he brings a strong eye for detail and natural problem‑solving skills. His thoughtful, honest approach delivers quality workmanship and creative solutions to every project.

Project Manager

Brian brings nearly 40 years of construction experience across every phase of a project. The grandson of a Master Carpenter, he has worked in building, estimating, and design throughout his career. His passion for historic homes ultimately led him to his role at Northrup.
